White Jasmine - Buy 3 Plants?

Jasminum officinale, called 'common jasmine' or 'common white jasmine' in Dutch, is a vigorous deciduous climbing plant. This summer jasmine blooms from May to September with small, white, star-shaped fragrant flowers, followed by black berries. Jasmine is ideally suited as a climbing plant and wall planting. Some plants do need a little support to climb up. By using plant supports and securing parts of the plant with string, they will climb up. The flowers that form in clusters create a beautiful sea of flowers in both spring and summer. White jasmine is therefore also ideal as a climbing plant to brighten up a dull wall or fence. In summer, this plant attracts butterflies and bees. It really is an asset for the garden.

Care for

Jasminum officinale likes a sheltered position in full sun or light shade and well-drained, humus-rich soil. Common jasmine is reasonably hardy (down to -12C), sea wind tolerant, tolerates air pollution, has little disease problems and attracts bees and butterflies.

Plant height

On delivery, the plants have a height of 25 to 40 cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter of 9cm.
