"Tigridia pavonia mix (Tiger flower) has triangular flowers of 15 cm. and are very colourful. The leaves resemble those of gladiolus or iris. The plant has several flowers per branch, each flower blooming for only a few days. Height 45 cm. The planting depth is 8 cm. and the planting distance is 8-12 cm. Tigridias can only tolerate light frost. It is therefore recommended to dig up the tubers in autumn to overwinter them frost-free and plant them again in spring."
