These flowers grow about 40 to 60 cm high. This low height makes this flower mixture suitable for verges next to roads. The beautiful flowers do not obstruct the view of road users.

 

This flower mixture contains plants with nectar, which attracts insects. These insects attract birds, which help reduce pest damage and create a safe environment.

 

Suitable for all soil types.
Active species vary by location and year.

 

Composition

This mixture contains 27 species, with always a minimum of 25 species per pack.

 

- Seed amount mixed with grass: Grass seed 4 -5 g/m2 + Flower seed 0.4 - 0.5 g/m2
- Seed amount pure mixture: 15kg/ha,1.5 g/m2
- Mowing recommendation: 1-2 times a year Recommended mowing height 10 cm.
- Sowing period: Year round, but preferably in autumn or spring.

 

Sowing method:
Provide a good seed bed. After sowing, rake or roll the soil. Seeds should have optimum contact with the soil and should not be sown too deep. Sowing depth 1 cm. For even distribution: mix the seeds evenly with a bucket of pure sand beforehand. This also makes it easier to see where seeds have already been sown.
