An Allium with round flower heads up to 20 cm in diameter. The flower consists of many star-shaped flowers with a striking light lilac colour. Remains beautiful as a dried flower even after flowering. Suitable for naturalising. The leaves die off fairly quickly, so they are best placed among low-growing perennials.
