It contains certain growth regulators (plant hormones) that work as root stimulators. Your cutting can thus root better and faster. Moreover, the powder protects the wound of the cutting against fungi and diseases.

Depending on the plant you want to take cuttings from, there are different ways of taking cuttings. The plant can be pricked by, for example, taking the leaf, a piece of stem or by taking a pup from the mother plant.

How to use Pokon Cuttings Powder!

1. Use a razor-sharp knife to loosen the cutting from the mother plant. Using a sharp knife makes the wound easier to treat.
2. Moisten the lower ends of the unrooted cutting and dip the cutting 1-2 cm into the cutting powder. The dosage (amount of powder per cutting) depends on the thickness and structure of the cutting.
3. Remove excess powder by gently tapping it off.
4. Transplant the plant in a seeding soil, such as Pokon Organic Sowing & Cuttings Soil.
5. If you are going to cut more plants, clean the knife. This prevents possible contamination of fungi and diseases for the plant and cuttings.
